07/02 Lynyrd Skynyrd / Outlaws concert at HHC Amphitheater
!Dear All:
Both bands, Outlaws and LS were awesome and put on great performances!!!...Would go again to see this same lineup....However, Hartford HC staff screwed up big time by not allowing patrons to take the stairs to exit the public parking garage to make our way to the venue....Instead, they made thousands of fans wait in long lines and the they crammed us into tiny, cramped and overpacked elevators which was a dangerous practice in all aspects....The waiting time for the elevators was ridiculous and then once inside, the overpacked elevator stopped at each and every floor with other frenzied patrons trying to cram their way into an already overpacked elevator each time the door opened!!!!.....Not to mention it was a breeding ground for COVID and worse of all it was a complete and utter fire-hazard by exposing us to these means and not allowing us access to the stairs...Not sure what rocket scientist made this call but it really, needs to be addressed for future concerts before there are any negative repercussions and someone gets seriously, hurt!!!....In addition, venue pricing for food and especially, any alcoholic beverages is outrageous and needs to be curved a bit...Otherwise, great time had by all☺!!
